David Holt
David, who currently serves as member in charge of the tax department, is a graduate of the University of Tennessee with a Bachelor of Science degree and a major in accounting. He has assisted and advised business clients of the firm in business formations, acquisitions and liquidations and has worked with individual tax clients in income tax planning, estate planning, and general financial planning.
David is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the Chattanooga Tax Practitioners, where he is a past president. He is a member of the North River Rotary Club and serves on the local and national boards of the UT Alumni Association. David is active in Hixson Church of Christ where he is a finance committee member.
